Here is one of our top-tips to help you feel When living in China, we learned that the Chinese go-to remedy for most ailments was drinking freshly made ginger tea ☕️ Ginger contains active volatile oils and pungent phenol compounds which are bursting with healing properties.

Tea made from fresh root ginger contains high levels of vitamin C, amino acids, as well as various trace elements such as calcium, zinc, phosphorus, sodium and many others.
