MUMS RETURNING TO WORK COACHING COURSE
Along with Ember Coaching we will be supporting mums through the transition of returning to the workplace, and creating a community of women to share and support each other through what can feel like an incredibly daunting time.
Our 6 week online course combines a unique blend of wellbeing activities, inspiring talks, small group coaching work and a downloadable resources and take-away tool-kit.

Mango will take the strain here. We can organise a day or a weekend of activity and relaxation allowing you, your friends, and colleagues time to learn some new skills and completely switch off. Our experiences include, mindfulness, pilates, yoga, individual coaching, culinary ‘good mood food’ workshops, hiking, stand-up paddle boarding, aerial circus skills, gravel-biking; all accompanied by wholesome food with appropriately paired wines.
